Refund Policy

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in paying attention to details and ensuring that we maintain a high level of quality control. To ensure that we continue to maintain this high level of service and due to hygiene, we are unable to accept the return of wigs.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you ordered which rarely happens, we gladly offer returns and Free exchanges service ( this excludes wigs and colored hairs) within 14days. Please ensure hair is unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, labeled intact, and in original packaging.

Before shipping back, please email us the shipping address. We have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge. You recommend returning using a safe courier service. We would not be responsible for returned orders that do not get delivered to us.

Order Change:

  1. The order can be freely changed within 12 hours after you placed it. Custom made and colored hairs cannot be changed
  2. 10% handling fee will be charged for the change within 3 days. Change in order would result in a prolonged shipping date. This does not apply to custom-made and colored orders since they cannot be changed.

* Shipped out order cannot be changed.


Order Cancellation:

  1. The order can be freely canceled within 12 hours after you placed it except ready to ship orders as they are shipped out as soon as orders are made. Custom made wigs and colored orders cannot be canceled
  2. 15% handling fee will be deducted from the total for the cancellation within 3 days. This does not apply to custom and colored orders they cannot be canceled.

* Shipped out order cannot be canceled.

Exchange policy:

To apply for an exchange, please email embraceglamour@weavebysiyonna.com within 14 days after receiving your package. Emails received after 14 days will not be taken into consideration.

Please email us with photos of the hair for our reference. Ensure hair has not been tampered with as well as labels.

We would offer an exchange if we wrongly send you the wrong items without any charges. Please email us within 48hours of receipt of the order supported with pictures.

However, if upon receipt of your order ( excluding wigs and colored hairs), you have a change of mind, we can exchange provided the product and labels are intact (not worn or tampered with). You would be responsible for shipping fees to return items as well as pay for the new order to be shipped.

For any price differences between the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.

Custom orders

Custom orders and wigs are non-refundable or not exchangeable. To meet your expectations, please ensure you are fully aware of what you are ordering before purchasing.

Package Lost

We deliver using only safe courier services and provide tracking details where possible. We would not be responsible for lost packages.

Incomplete or Incorrect Information

Incomplete and/or incorrect information could lead to the unsuccessful delivery of orders. Kindly ensure that the information placed is correct before you make payment.

Weavebysiyonna would not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused as a result of incomplete or incorrect information.
