Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use major carriers, and local courier partners. UK orders are sent using Royalmail. International orders are sent using International signed for Services or DHL tracked services.
What happens if I don’t receive my order?
- This could be as a result of incorrect details provided. In this case, there could have been multiple unsuccessful attempts to deliver to you and then returned to us, you could either pay another postage fee and It would be sent back to you or you could cancel if you no more want the order. In the later, we would offer you a refund less the shipping fee and 25% processing and cancellation charges.
- or order is lost. If lost ONLY in transit by the delivery services (This exclude instruction to drop off at a location and gets lost) and not received after 30 working days, full refund would be applied.
How long does it take for order to be shipped out (production time)?
- For Custom made orders, it takes about 15 to 20 working days.
- For Ready to ship orders, it takes maximum of 2 working days, however we try to prioritise this by shipping next day.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Shipping to the UK and EU takes about 3 to 6 working days. International shipping takes about 5 to 8 working days. This excludes UK next day delivery services
Can I wash my wigs?

How do I know my measurement?
It is key to know your head measurement before you buy any wig. Click here for more detail.
Do you mix the hairs?
No, We sell 100% human hair. We do not mix with synthetic hairs.

How full are the densities for wig?
150% is 1 to 2 bundles and 180% is 2 to 3 bundles.
Can I choose side parting for my lace units?
Yes, you can for side partings for closures bigger than 4” by 4”. For 4” by 4” and less lace units, we can only do free parting or centre parting.

Where can I come in to style my hair or buy products?
We are an online shop and do not have physical presence.
Can I wear my wig without having to glue it?
Yes, you don’t have to glue your wig, simply attach a band. Please refer to how to attach bands on wig in the pointers section ( put a link).
Do you condition the hairs before sending it out?
Some hairs are conditioned to maintain moisture before shipping. However, either way, you are advised to wash and condition your hairs before installing.
What is DD and SDD?
DD stands for double drawn and SDD stands for Super double drawn. Super double drawn have more volume at the tips than double drawn. But both are relatively full at the tips.
What is the difference between Remy and Virgin hair?
Bothe Remy and Virgin hair are human hairs. Virgin hairs are single donor hairs with well aligned cuticles, this makes it more expensive than other types of Human hairs. Remy could be from more than one or more donors. It is also high quality hair.
What is the difference between Bone straight and Natural Straight?
Bone straight are usually flat, firm and silky. It requires little or no styling or flattening to make it straight unlike normal straight. It doesn’t tangle. Normal straight has the normal hair appearance and is not silky. This has nothing to do with the quality of hair. It is easier to switch up normal hair to have a different look than the bone straight hair.
